Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the I AM WITH YOU mobile application (the “Service”) operated by I AM WITH YOU (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

All content included in the I AM with You app, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video, app features, and interactive elements, is the property of I AM with You or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Use of Content

You may access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of the app’s content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from I AM with You.

Trademarks

“I AM with You” and its associated logos are trademarks of I AM with You. All other product names, logos, and brands mentioned within the app are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks without express permission is prohibited.

User-Generated Content

Any content you submit, upload, or share via the app (e.g., notes, prayers, reflections) must not infringe on the rights of others, including copyright or privacy rights. By submitting content, you grant I AM with You a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the app.

Updates & Changes

I AM with You reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content and features at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Third-Party Services

Our app may use the following third-party tools:

  • Firebase Analytics
  • Crashlytics
  • Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems

These services may automatically collect anonymous usage data.

Data Storage

All user data is securely stored using:

  • Firebase / Google Cloud (based on your app configuration)

Children’s Privacy

This app is intended for users aged 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Intellectual Property

Subscription

A subscription provides access to premium content within the I AM WITH YOU app.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store / Google Play account at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) is forfeited after purchase. • Removing the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Refund Policy

Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are handled directly by their respective platforms. We do not process refunds ourselves.

If you would like to request a refund, please follow the official guidelines:

  • Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and submit a refund request.
  • Google Play Store: Visit play.google.com → Order History → Request a Refund.

Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple or Google according to their policies.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users before taking effect.

By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

I AM WITH YOU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account. Your use of the app is strictly at your own risk.

Account Deletion

Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and personal data at any time. To delete your account, please follow the instructions below:

  • Send an email request to iamwithyouapp@gmail.com using the email address associated with your account.
  • Include the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

Once the request is received, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7–14 business days, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

After deletion, you will lose access to all saved data, including preferences, notes, and any other personalized features within the app. This process is permanent and cannot be undone.
