TERMS OF USE (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the I AM WITH YOU mobile application (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written permission from I AM WITH YOU.

2. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, audio, images, videos, logos, and features, is the exclusive property of I AM WITH YOU and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. User-Generated Content

Any content you submit, including notes, prayers, or reflections, must not violate the rights of others.

By submitting content, you grant I AM WITH YOU a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide access to premium content within the App.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours before the period ends
  • Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your Account Settings
  • Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective app store according to their policies:

  • Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google Play Store: Play Store → Order History → Request a Refund

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" basis. I AM WITH YOU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
